Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.


Signature on Delivery & Liability

To protect both the company and our customers, signature on delivery is required for all shipments.

  • Proof of Delivery: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier and a signature has been obtained, the shipment is considered fulfilled.

  • Missing Packages: In the event a package is marked as delivered with a signature but cannot be located, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a dispute and coordinate with the respective local carrier. We are not liable for packages confirmed delivered with a signature.


International Orders (Duties & Taxes)

For all orders shipped outside of Canada:

  • Full Declaration: All items are declared at their full retail value for customs purposes.

  • Taxes and Tariffs: While we attempt to collect applicable taxes and duties at checkout where possible, your order may still be subject to additional international tariffs, duties, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.


In-Store Pickup

We offer a local in-store pickup option for customers residing within our service area.

  • Eligibility: This option is strictly for local customers who can physically visit the store.

  • Misuse Policy: Use of the "Local Pickup" option by non-local customers to circumvent shipping charges is prohibited. Any such orders will be cancelled and refunded immediately.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to redirect shipments.
